The Lowry is recruiting an Event Delivery Manager to oversee the live delivery of events across its venue in Salford. This hands-on role involves coordinating event operations, managing set-ups and timings, briefing teams, liaising with clients, and ensuring events are delivered safely, professionally and to a high standard. Working closely with hospitality, technical and facilities teams, the successful candidate will help create seamless guest experiences while supporting future event planning and improvements.
Coalesce Dance Theatre is seeking two additional Directors to join its board as the organisation transitions into a Community Interest Company (CIC). Expect aerial performance, live music, DJs, dancers, lanterns, a glowing Time Capsule, the Wagon Train of inventions and the return of the gigantic birthday cake. The evening will culminate in a huge fire drawing designed by young people and a fireworks finale.
The event is inclusive and suitable for families, with level ground and bench-style seating available.
Applications are open for this national fund supporting new play commissions across the UK. Six grants of up to £6,000 will be awarded to joint proposals from playwrights and producing venues or companies, helping support ambitious new writing.
