I am a professional steelpan soloist and musician, creating vibrant live performances that blend Caribbean sound with modern music. Rooted in the Caribbean tradition of steelpan, I focus on presenting the instrument in both traditional and modern contexts, showcasing its versatility through instrumental covers, improvisation, and genre-blending performance.
Last 30 years I have been involved with various creative activities as a music producer. With my band I did around 300 gigs in 20 different countries. Played major festivals and venues such as Glastonbury and Royal Albert Hall. I organised many events and mini indoor festivals under the name Hubble Bubble Sound Bazaar mostly in London and recently in Manchester.
Liz is a visual artist, curator-producer and educator, with over fifteen years experience specialising in socially engaged and collaborative approaches to practice. She is currently the Head of Social Practice at Open Eye Gallery, lecturer at the University of Salford and has a studio at Paradise Works.
